I don't speak Spanish and would like to purchase the antabuse before April 20th when I go home to Canada where it isn't available.

They speak Spanish, of course! Portuguese is spoken in Brazil. I don't know what "antabuse" is; I gather it's some kind of drug or medicine. If it is legal, you will surely find an English speaking doctor that will prescribe it for you.
