How do I buy something from Italy and ship it in Italy as well?

I'm looking to buy a baby cradle swing for my little nephew from Italy (I'm in US) and want to avoid shipping fees. Is it possible to order it from an Italian online store and ship it there? I tried Google and this was the first time when Google couldn't help me... Please help.

Most online stores from US don't ship in Italy, and if they do it's costly. If you can find a big online store that I can trust I would appreciate. I want it to be a surprise, so I excluded sending money.
