Question:

How do I calculate Calories used while cycling?

I want an equation that will give me Calories burned while cycling, using weight, speed and time as variables. An alternative to speed or time would obviously be distance since the three are related.

So far I can only find calculators that use bands of speed, i.e. 12-14mph, 14-16mph, 18-20mph etc. I want to be able to enter my weight, time and average speed (or distance) and it tell me my average Calorie usage.

Thanks.
