How do I calculate an intercepting route in the airbus mcdu?

I've recently found out how to go direct to a wpt or fix. However I would also like to know how i can intercept a particular inbound/ outbound course to that fix or wpt

Sorry, Im not familiar with Airbus, but this is how to do it in a Boeing. Maybe Airbus works similar?

When you select direct to a waypoint, the course will be shown bottom right of the CDU. You can then type any desired course in the scratch pad and line select this over the course shown. This new course will then be shown on the ND.

To intercept the course, use heading mode to turn onto an intercept heading (less than 90 deg intercept). Then select LNAV. The aircraft will follow the current heading until intercepting the selected course to the fix.
