  1. 4 points for A's

    3 for B's

    2 for C's

    1 for D'S

    & theirs no points for E's or F's.

    just add up your score then divide it by the number of grades you have.

  2. 4.0 100-99

    3.9 98-97

    3.8 96-95

    3.7 94-93

    3.6 92-91

    3.5 90-89

  3. that's a 4.0   don't listen to the first answerer.

    A= 4.0

    B= 3.0

    C= 2.0

    D= 1.0

    F= 0.0

    So you see, let's say you had 10 classes, and for example, this was your grade card:

    A>A>A>A>A>B>B>B>B>B then you'd have a 3.5

    but if you got straight A's, then you have a 4.0.  If you go by the international system, sometimes your grade will be heavily weighted.  For a sure result, ask for your Transcript.  It includes your grades, credits and GPA.
