Question:

How do I calculate nutritional value - "broken" food items?

For example, I have a bag of pita chips that says one serving size is 14 chips.

Does this take into consideration the broken pita chips? Basically my question is: can I have 14 full size chips (or the equivalent), or do I need to just grab 14 pieces in the bag to reach the serving size?

Thanks!!
