if u arecalling from the usa u dial  01152 614 and the number.  52 is the code for mexico and 614  is chihuahua are code.  telephones in chihuahua are 7 digits and usually start with 4.

There information is correct IF you are calling a land line. The number for dialing a CELL phone in Mexico recently changed. Now you have to dial an extra #1 in the middle -- 011-52-1-area code-number.
