How do I call a 1 800 number in Australia?

I'm in Canada right now, and I'd like to call a 1 800 number in Australia (1-800-700-934). How do I call this? I tried the number itself, I tried putting 61 at the start, I tried doing 61 800 instead, etc. All these aren't work. Does anybody have a suggestion?

use a calling card first...and then the 800 number will work!!
