If she has an mobile / cell phone from an other country, like Canada, you phone her like you would at home. You can ignore the fact where she is, but remember she has to pay a lot of extra fees.

If she has an Spanish phone, you use the same set of numbers as for any phone in Spain.

I think in Canada you can also use + or 011 to phone internationally, 34 for Spain and the following number should start with a 9.

If you use a mobile phone when abroad, remember to use all codes your provider needs you to use. And to have international roaming on.
