  1. Try 00-44 and then the mobile number without the initial 0.

  2. 011-44-(mobile number - all British mobiles start with 07 and then nine other digits)

If you're calling someone in the UK, I suggest calling their house number if you can, it'd be ALOT cheaper. It you are to do that then it's..

    011-44-(Area Code)-(Number)

  3. I have come across a phone service that allows you to make international calls by simply dialing a local rate phone number. So if you can make free local calls (free inclusive minutes on your phone tariff), then this will be included and the international call will be free. See the links below for more details.... I have been using this service for over 12 months now and i also noticed that there is a special offer for new customers....

  4. all mobiles in the UK start with 07, but you need to drop the 0 and start with 7

    edit: I doubt you're still waiting on this, but I don't think 011 is right - I think it's 00 44 7xxxxxetc

  5. All UK mobiles start with 07, but when dialing from Internationally  you do not put the "0" on.

Dial 0044 then the number (without the first 0)

    Hope this helps

  6. Dialing 011 44 7... is the correct way to dial the UK from the US.  If it's not working you must look for the problem somewhere else. For example make sure you can place international calls using the service you're using (sometimes int. calls are blocked and you have to require unblocking with your provider).

  7. You basically do what you would do for a english "landline". ITs 0044 (or +44) then you drop the 0, so its like 0044 7952..... (you should have 14 numbers instead of 11)
