How do I call a mobile phone in Sudan?

Hi,

I'm in the U.K and want to call a mobile phone in Sudan (a Sudanese mobile) It doesnt work! I have tried to dial the international dialing code 00249 and then the number which starts with 8 ... but it doesnt connect.

What am I doing wrong?

You must dial:

00-249-12- mobile number.
