How do I call back a restricted number?

I know it is like *69 but I really don't know how to do it.

  1. gosh!!!  I am having the same problem.  You would think with all this freaking technology you can find out who is calling you but yet the caller can remain undectable and threaten you.


  2. To call as a restricted number you dial *67 then the number with area code. You can not call back a restricted number sorry.
