How do I calm down?

Okay, spare me the lectures. I got high off of my inhaler, and my heartrate is going very fast and strong and I can hardly breathe. What can I do to calm my heart rate? Please, it's been like this for about 10 minutes.

When this happens to me I find the best way to calm it down is to breathe deeply and slowly.  You could also breathe into a paper bag which will decrease the amount of oxygen and increase the amount of CO2 which should also slow your heart rate down.

This is very dangerous lay down and be very calm.  tell someone....yeah tell someone.
