How do I calm my stomach after taking Laxative?

My buddy told me these pills would calm my headache, but it turns out he gave me laxative. How do I calm my stomach?

drink 4 cups of water and do 20  sit ups, trust me

Swallow a handful of Imodium AD, they will dissolve the water the laxative is forming in your colon.  I use to have terrible bouts of diarea, and I would take a whole box of Imodium or drink half a bottle of Antapulgate!
