How do I cancel membership in a Yahoo! group???

Question

I joined a job finding group that isn't what it said it was and my email box is being flooded! Thanks for any help.

You can go to the group site and click edit membership along the top.  On the next window scroll down and tick leave group then click  save and you should be out.  It may take 24 hours to take effect.

go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the last column Leave group, check small box - click save changes
