How do I care for my very sick parakeet until I can get her to a vet in the morning?

I made her a warm nest at the bottom of the cage next to a water dish

Feed it warm porridge water. Charcoal tablets crushed and mixed with water wiil also do.

I tried last time and i succeeded.

with her having diarrhea, if you can get a syringe and give her some drops of pedialite this could help keep her hydrated...I went back and read your additional details...sometimes lettuce can give a bird diarrhea, other than that you are doing exactly what needs to be done by giving her extra warmth until she can get some medicine from preferably a bird vet tomorrow. keep her warm, keep a table lamp by her cage and preferably a red bulb and keep it on
