  1. go to FORMAT - choose paragraph and look at alignment and click centered...but if you mean page setup as in Landscape (horizontal) and Portrait (vertical) you have to go FILE, choose page set up and you'll see your choice; portrait or landscape.  Hope I helped you.

  2. Select format - alignment - centered

  3. Go to the format and mess around with it from there.

  4. Select it all and Ctrl+E

edit - oh vertical, I dont think you can.. just hit space a load of times..

or use a table thats the size of the page and format the border to none.. idk be creative I guess..

  5. I dont have vista, but I have 2003 and this is how you do it...

    Go to File menu.

    Select Page setup.

Click on "layout" tab in dispay box

Under "Page" heading (in blue about half way down)

You'll find Vertical Allignment...Select "Center" from drop down menu.

Good luck.  I realize it is a different version but usually there isn't a tremendous amount of change.

  6. Check your toolbar, there should be a justify button there that you click on and it will drop down and then you click on justify center.

  7. You don't say what version of MS Office (Word) you're using, but here's what I'd do with a version prior to Word 2007 (Vista).  Word 2007 should have something similar.

    1. Click on the page.

    2. Click on the File->Page Setup menu item.

    3. Click the Layout tab.

    4. In the Page section, select Center in the Vertical Alignment list box.

    5. Click OK.

    Hope that helps.
