if you mean the size of your text

go to the view tab at the top

click text size

change it to larger

If u mean ur monitor resolution do this.Right click on desktop and in sub-menu click on properties then choose settings and roll the bar of screen resolution.

If u mean ur paint file in the toolbar choose image then attributes and change the image size into any size in inches,Cm,pixels
