How do I change a default language on Windows Vista?

i'm trying to change my default language to korean b/c it always switches to english automatically when i try to type or something.

You need a language pack from microsoft usually you can download from the site

right click on the language bar choose sittings a window will open under the general bar you will find (default input language) choose the language that you want
