How do I change a periodic message (4th Monday)?

Currently the message seems to remind our members about the last Monday, it should be reminding them about the 4th Monday.

if it's a calendar reminder, click on it, select edit and scroll to repeating- under the sencond choice, repeat is an arrow drop down for every, every other, every third and every fourth. the drop down beside that may also help. that might help it repeat on that day of the month you want.

Click edit beside description on your cover page, scroll down and you will see where to change your message and save.
