How do I change a specific sentence or paragraph a different colour on MySpace?

I only want to make one sentence or a couple to say, red.

How do I do this?

This is how you do it, an example of a sentence that would be black, yellow, black and red

<font color=black>Richmond is the <font color=yellow>worse <font color=black>football team in the <font color=red> AFL

You put the <font color=red> in front of the text you want red
