How do I change an Albums name?

I just downloaded some music and I want to change the name of each songs album to one thing so they'll download into my mp3 player together, instead of making a bunch of separate folders.

Right clicking doesn't work, it only lets me change the title of the song and I don't want to do that. I also tried putting them all in one folder on my comp but it showed up as "unknown artist" on my mp3 player even though I named it. So, I need to know how to change the songs album names, not anything else.

The software that came with my player won't do it and neither will windows media player.

I use iTunes and it's easy. I click on the song, press apple+i, then I can change any or all of the song's information.
