How do I change from Digital to Analog on Hybrid HP Express Tuner?

I've reinstalled drivers and redownloaded from HP dozens of times and reboot. I've run the Haupauge Cleaning program inbetween. I can get the device installed but Windows Media Player thinks it is digital only. Dont confuse my question with all the people trying to get both NTSC and ATSC at the same time, I cannot get Media Center to configure as Analog NTSC only. I dont want digital at all, only analog.

I assume you've already told Media Center what to do, to no avail.

If that doesn't help, you can always get a converter that will accept digital spdif or toslink and convert it to analog. Mux Labs makes one and so does Key Digital.

The Media Center Setup for TV tuners has an automatic mode (default) and a Manual mode, where you specify what type of tuner you have.

Use the manual mode to set-it up any way you want.
