How do I change from Yahoo UK & Ireland to Yahoo US in the top bar?

The very top bar of my home page says, "Windows Internet Explorer provided by Yahoo! UK & Ireland". I'd like to change

it to Yahoo! United States. How?

  1. log on to yahoo with your yahoo id. once you're in, you'll see a tiny hyperlink on the top right. (Yahoo!, My yahoo, news) just click the Yahoo! link and it'll bring you to Yahoo main. from there you can change preferences on which country you want. I'm not sure if it will revert to UK when you restart, though.
