  1. Not enough information. If you want a new IP address go to Start > Run type cmd press Enter.

In the DOS box type (for Windows XP & Vista) ipconfig/release.

Your PC will release it's IP address and come back waiting for input in the Command Box. Type ipconfig/renew press Enter and you now have a new IP address.

    Cheers

  2. use softwares that change your ip adress such as

    eay hide ip

    Hide IP Next Generation

    Ninja Surfing

the above softwares are best I tested them personally and they works...!

you can find other these kinda softwares also. just google it..!

  3. It depends on how your ISP assigns an IP to you.  If you are on dialup it changes every time you log on.   If it is a cable/dsl, unplug your modem, leave it off for about 30 minutes, and plug it back in.  This will usually get your ISP to change the IP of it, but its not a guarantee.

Check out this site, http://whatismyipaddress.com/staticpages... It offers a few alternatives to try out.

  4. It depends on how the IP address was assigned in the first place and which network you are connecting to.

It almost certainly isn't necessary though.

  5. To answer your question accurately, you're going to need to connect to either a public or private China proxy. The free public ones are not usually anonymous - they're heavily monitored so I wouldn't do anything sensitive on them. However, you may find some non-free private ones that may appeal to you - as the usually provide a higher speed for your video streams. Be sure to do your homework to make sure services are reputable. Usually, the site has instructions on how to connect to their proxies and how to use them.
