How do I change my age on my profile so I can join an adult group?

I've been told by group owner that I need to update my profile age . All I can find is that my birthdate is on file with no way to add my age in years?

Not a good idea if you are too young to be on that group, you should not be on it.  If you want to view some stuff there, do so only under your parents supervision.  Please.

We use your birthdate as a security measure in case you forget your password. We would not be able to do so if you were able to change it.
