no its not a one time deal, but when you change your avatar, the stuff from your currest s*x is lost. so if you were to ever change back, you'd have to start over. but yes theres is a way.

To change your avatar's gender:

Go to the My Avatar page.

Click the "Preferences" tab.

Click the "Change" button in the "Change My Avatar's Gender" section.

Click "Switch Gender."
