How do I change my avatar pic?

Ok, I've looked at the other questiond about avatar pic changing, but it doesn't help.

I clicked on the avatar to change my pic and when I clicked on My Pictures to change it, it doesn't do anything. So how do I do this?

you can replace with avatar or small image, the default is the main image of the set of three, you choose one, same as for 360, or messenger, or forums,

Hi!

I'm not sure if you're referring to your avatar or if you're trying for a real pic from a 360.

If you just want to change your Yahoo! avatar, just go to the avatar home and when you change it, just add it to your Favorites.

You have to have a 360 account. No choice on that if you want to use a personalized photo. I had to create a 360 account just to use this photo.

Click on the words "My Profile" at the upper right hand side of the page; then, when it takes you there, click "Edit My Info."

There will be an option for "create your 360 account" or to use your avatar. Once you have a 360 account, you can load photos

If you want just a cartoon, choose the option for an avatar when you’re on the “Edit My Info” age and, when you click the link, it takes you to http:avatars.yahoo.com.
