How do I change my avatar picture?

I was trying to change my avatar pic. because I'm so d**n tired of it.So I went into the yahoo 360 page and went into "my page" and then "change personal photos" ,and then i deleted my current avatar,and uploaded the picture I wanted. Then I tired to choose it as my avatar,and it wouldn't let me,because the old picture was still there!Please help me I don't know what is wrong or what I did wrong.All I know is that I am tired of this little anime girl.

When you're uploading your picture, on the right side next to each photo it says "set as primary." Just fill in the little bubble next to the picture that you want for your main pic on here. If its filled in, it might just be yahoo..sometimes they take a while to display your new pic.

load jpeg picture in ur 360 & set as primary

then

in ur answer profile

click edit my info

click "use my 360 picture"

click preview & save

if you are wanting your own pictures as your avatar then:

for a photo avatar:

█ make a yahoo 360 here: http://360.yahoo.com/

█ save the picture you want to use to your computer

█ convert it to JPG if it isn't already

█ go to your yahoo 360

█ my page

█ edit personal photos

█ upload the photo

█ click 'set as primary' on the one you want to use

█ click 'save' to finish

now:

█ go to your yahoo answers profile

█ click edit my info

█ then scroll down till you see the picture settings, click use my 360 photo

█ click 'preview'

█ click save

now you have your own picture avatar
