How do I change my birth date on Yahoo?

I recently made a Yahoo account, and checked back and saw that my birth date was something totally different than what I entered in the first place, and whenever I try to change it, it says 'on file' and it's not even shown there anymore. Help please!

You can't change your birth date. That is the day you were born and that is it. Perhaps you could become one of those born again people and have another birthday.

Just go to the spot in the corner where it says you're ID and click where it says edit my account.

I don't think you can change it, because it is used as security information. Once it is set, only Yahoo can change it.  You might want to just create a new account and be careful to get the birthday right. (caps on or off, num lock, etc). These things always mess me up when entering data. Good luck.
