How do I change my picture?!?

I have a yahoo 360 and I changed my picture there. I can't figure out how to do this!

may need to wait 24 hours for yahoo to rest parameters of image,

....use yahoo 360 profile picture , "my page"

A lot of users have posted as having problems with the 360 avatar  including me. yahoo are aware of the problem and say they are working to fix it.

hopefully it won't be to long.
