Because I am playing this game called Ran.The launcher needs to go at the site www.e-games.com.ph but unfortunatle they said that i cannot connect properly at their website help!?!

ok you need proxy ok now go get FireFox and go to Tools, Option > Advance > Setting > and HTTP put in the proxy you like to put in, and you can get FAKE proxy in here http://www.publicproxyservers.com/  good luck man. =]
