My ex keeps hacking into my personal e-mails by hitting the "forgot Password" button and answering all of the questions to get a new password. She knows all of the current questions, so I need to change them so she can't change the password and get into my e-mails.

  1. send e-mail to yahoo---- my-login-request@yahoo-inc.com

    rest is easy.

  2. To change or update your password question and secret answer, you need to send an email to my-login-request@yahoo-inc.com

The email should be sent from the Yahoo! account that you are attempting to change.

In the subject line of the email, type Password Question and Secret Answer.

In the text of the email , you need to include the following:

    Your Yahoo! ID.

The zip code you gave when you registered for the email account (non-U.S. residents should include country).

The birth date that you provided at registration.

The alternate (non-Yahoo!) email address listed for your Yahoo! ID.

Your current password question and secret answer (exactly as you entered them at registration).

Your new password question and secret answer

You could also change your zip code...

To change your zip code (and password)....

On Yahoo! Messenger, click Messenger, My Account Info. On this page you can:
