How do I change my yahoo 360 thing ? i keep setting it but i wont work and how do i get new clothes etc.?

It sounds like you are talking about a Yahoo! Avatar.

First, make sure all the appropriate software and versions are installed on your computer. See

Make sure to click the orange "Save Changes" below the Avatar preview menu before leaving the site. If it seems like some items won't go away, save the avatar. Then, try to uncheck the item and re-save. As with most Yahoo services, you may have a delay in seeing the changes you've made to your avatar. Although, usually, the changes happen immediately. Changes to your avatar automatically updates throughout Yahoo.
