there in no scope for changing Yahoo! ID or address, if you want another different address then you have to sign -up or re-resister for a new one as a new user and closing the current one,before closing the current one BESURE to read all the warnings in the account deletion page of Yahoo!

U signed up with yahoo and picked an Id and password and it is yours, but to change yahoo address U would have to open another account with yahoo and pick a new Id and password. If U mean to get rid of yahoo all together just close the account and start a new email account anywhere of your choosing.
