How do I change the Host of my website?

My town is working on getting a skate park and the guy who owns sewardskatepark.org is tired of working on the website and me and my friend are going to take over... how do I make it so I can access the Admin Panel (I have the password) but how do I access it?

Your question is confused.

If you know the company where the site is hosted and have the user id and the password for this domain (whereby id is normally just the domain name), then just log on to it.

I.e. my website is hosted by Strato.

I access www.strato.de, then click on customer login, then I enter the domain name and password.

Job done!

Otherwise if you want to transfer the domain name to you and your friend, pick a hosting company, choose a packet and fill out the necessary forms. You'll need the cooperation of the guy who has the domain registered at the moment.
