  1. You are going to have to remove the glove box and the glove box frame. That is where the filter is located. You have to remove a harness, remove the filter lid and take out the filter, then slap the new one in and bolt everything back up.

  2. here's the procedure to replace the filter

1)Remove the glove box by removing the two plastic tabs on the top of both side panels.

the tabs for the rollers just pop up when you put your finger under the tab, then turn them to pull the glove box door roller through the hole. NOTE: if there is a 'tricky part' this is it.  note how the rollers come out so that you'll be able to put them back in.  you'll have to hold the door up to release the rollers.  also, make sure all of the stuff is out of the glove box before you remove the rollers or it will all dump out on the floor when the door drops down.

    2. Remove the glove box frame there are a three (?) screws that hold the front piece in.  that frame has to come out to get to the evaporator case

    3. Release the wire harness from the clamps on the

evaporator. Remove the filter lid, then pull out the

dust and pollen filter assembly from the evaporator

housing.  the filter lid runs vertically and is about 6" high and 2" wide

reverse the order to put the new filter in and reassemble

    hope that helps
