How do I change the archive status of an established group?

Our group currently has archives able to be viewed publicly, but we'd like them to be viewed by members only.

  1. Only the group owner or moderator with the assigned privilege can make changes in the group settings.



    Sign in to the group.

    Click Management.

    Under Group Settings, click on Messages.

    Scroll down to Posting and Archives and click Edit.

    Under Archive Options, select Members.

    Click Save Changes.
