How do I change the format for the attatchments I send?

I currently use MDI , but alot of people can't open them. I've heard I should use TIFF but I don't know how to do that.

By MDI do you mean Multiple Document Interface?

TIFF is an image file type and are usually huge and are used by publishers to make colour separations before sending the image to an offset printer.

If the files you want to attach are image files, save your images as JPEG files (jpg extension) and all can see.

When you originally save the file click the save as tab at the bottom of the screen and pick from there.
