I have a jvc recorder, How do I change the film clip format to mp4 from mov. ps I'm a novice!!!!!!!!!

i use a program called youtube downloader

although it cant download videos anymore, it still has an amazingly easy format converter

Download a freebie software program called MPEG Streamclip. I use it all the time and it's very good.
