Question

Chain saw has symptoms of restricted fuel but do not think it is the jets as it will run at full speed for a short while before stopping, bought new filter but cannot find out where the old one is and how to replace it, do I have to split the fuel tank and if so how and how do I ensure it is properly sealed after reassembly?
