  1. The way to change transmission fluid is the same for every car,

first you will need to look at your owner's manual to locate the transmission fluid dipstick, and also take note of the capacity that the trans holds. It is typically not too visible, but that varies with manufacturers. Then you will need to either go to your local library or auto parts store that carries either chilton's or haynes repair manuals, because those will help you with the specifics (location of drain c**k, how to change your particular filter, etc.) Then you will need to get as much trans fluid as your owner's manual states, and a trans filter, and the repair book (if you didn't get it from the library, plus it is good for future reference), and it helps to get a funnel with a long neck. Then once you have all that, follow the directions in the book pretty much word for word.

FYI, unless you are good with cars, I'd reccomend taking your car to your oil change shop, they will do this in about 10-15 mins for about $100 or less.

  2.    This is best done with a trans fluid exchange machine. It hooks in between a trans cooler hose and replaces all of the fluid in the trans. I am sure that you noticed there is no trans pan on the bottom of your trans. the trans filter looks just like an oil filter and is on the side of the trans.
