Click on your picture and go to edit profile.. there should be a link to the avatar page there..

You can go to your email, click on the avatar, and that will bring you to the Yahoo Avatar page where you can make the changes.  Or go directly to:

http://avatars.yahoo.com/

Click on "My Profile" then go to "Edit my Info". Then choose Edit My Avatar. It is in kind of small text but it's blue and it's a hyperlink. Or for an easier way, go to:
