How do I change the word size on my computer?

I accidentally hit a button last night that made all the words monstrous. Does anybody know how I'd go about fixing it? Help!

If you have IE7 (which I do), you just click the Page button on the upper right corner of the screen and select Text Size then click the one you need.

If you have IE6, I think that you go to View, then Text Size, then click the one you need.
