How do I change to text only?

I need to change to text only to post to a group that I'm a member of. Please show me how to do this.

Go to the top of the Yahoo Groups section that says, "My Groups" and at the top of the page is a section that says, "Edit Preferences" and in there is a section for changing how you want the messages to look.

Also, you can change it at your e-mail address if the messages are coming to your e-mail.  At the bottom look for a thing that says, "Traditional" and in there should be information that says about how to change to plain text.
