How do I change who controls a photo album?

Question

In an effort to help, I set up albums for several group members. But now they need my approval before they can post their photos. I want them to be able to submit them freely. Can I change that, or do I need to delete the albums and have them create their own?

management- under group settings click web tools- web tools (edit) <-- click the edit- under Files / Photos uncheck

* You approve all photos- click save changes
