How do I check computer specs when using Windows Vista?

Like what dxdiag did on windows XP. I want to know what my video card is and how much ram and processor power. Anyone know how to do that?

  1. go to start and where it says "computer" right click it and select the properties and that will bring up the specs.


  2. Click on Start>Run and type 'msinfo32' without quotes..u'll get everything ur comp's got.

  4. You can try and download a program called CPUz

    http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

    This'll give you alot of that information. but also there are some third party programs for the gadgets on your desktop that can do some of that stuff.
