How do I check if I have a changed health care plan?

I had medicaid, but because of some law that started about 2 years ago, people with regular medicaid had to choose a plan, or it would be chose for them. My medicaid was still good, but now I am not eligible, and I received a letter that I would have to change my plan.

I didn't change it before the date, so how do I check the status of my plan. I still have the Benefit Card.

call your doctors office and have them run your MCL number thru their system, and see if it is good or bad. !!

I will just bet you it is yellow flagged, only cuz you didn't elect anything.

green is Yes...yellow is ...circumstances.. Red is ..not eligible
