How do I check my motherboard and BIOS revision?

I need to know the revision of my motherboard and BIOS, but the BIOS boot screen goes by too fast read it when I boot up the PC. Does anyone know where I can find out these things elsewhere?

If the screen goes to fast try to enter the bios using DEL, F2 or other key depending on your motherboard's manufacturer and look for the version option if it not appears when the BIOS firmware opens up.
