How do I check out Gobbler resto in Gaylord MI?

The turkey burger business we're planning will be here in the Philippines. But I surely like to know if the brand "Gobbler" is copyrighted in the US. We own a turkey farm and the idea of a partnership is possible and exciting! Been praying about this for sometime. Strange, but this could be the ANSWER.

Ive checked and the name isn't copyrighted. So as far as I know you are free to use it.
